Taryn + Nate *Wedding*

May 30th couldn't have been a more beautiful day for a wedding. Lucky couple!

With all the rain Colorado has been getting lately, a sunny day was much to ask for, but the Lord obliged us.

Taryn was so wonderful to photograph. Her dress was so awesome, it demanded to be photographed! It fit in perfectly at Shove Chapel and the breathtaking scenery of Flying Horse Country Club.

I absolutely love photographing Shove Chapel weddings. The architecture and dramatic lighting inspire some wonderful shots. I am looking forward to a few more this summer!

During the reception I was glad to be able to snatch them away and snap a few shots with the most beautiful storm clouds brewing in the distance, and the shot of Taryn with the deep blue clouded sky behind her turned out to be an absolute favorite shot of the year so far.

In short, what a lovely couple, a lovely day and lovely time. LOVELY! (yes, a favorite word of mine).

I am blessed to do what I do. Every wedding is a new canvas.

Hannah - absolutely stunning! Great job, as usual. And I love how you worked the light at Shove!

There were definitely some amazing photos in this bunch. One I want to mention was the foot-foot shot while she lay on her bed. That's fun and new.

The photo's are amazing. Beyond capturing beautiful photo's of the bride/groom and their day .I love your eye for making the usual become unusually creative when captured and displayed. Things like the glasses, desserts, brides feet sticking out from her dress while laying down, the underneath of the wedding dress all these perspectives are creative and I dare say not many run of the mill photographers would capture.
Thanks for sharing your art and you are inspiring people in Michigan !

These photo's tell a story. They are exceptional. The couple is beautiful. The scenes and creativity are unique and very flattering. The brides eyes and the bridegrooms expressions define the day. Wonderful work.

More great shots...but you already knew that! :) I especially love the flow in the dress in the very last one as I know how hard it can be to get lift like that unless it's windy and to actually capture it is amazing too. Also love the blue sky one. The one of gramps is a great lifestyle shot and I really love the one of bride & groom against the gray wall, very Vogue. Great work!
